Through sports challenges and the effort of some thirty employees, more than $30,000 was donated in 2023 to the following six organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jouer Bouger Rire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Trois-Rivi\u00e8res organization strives to get families playing, moving and laughing through the discovery of affordable sports and activities. MEA\u2019s contribution will make it possible to offer a tennis camp in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mea.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Bouger.Jouer_.Rire-13-septembre-2023-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1810\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La maison grise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La maison grise offers emergency assistance to women who are victims of domestic violence and will use the contribution to acquire flame-retardant comforters for its second-stage housing in Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mea.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/La-maison-grise-de-Montreal-29-aout-2023-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1812\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refuge des jeunes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year, the Refuge des jeunes accommodates nearly 650 young men. Beds and rooms are available in downtown Montr\u00e9al to support young people who are trying to get off the street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mea.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Refuge-des-jeunes-19-juillet-2023-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1814\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transit Jeunesse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Montr\u00e9al organization offers shelter and psychosocial support to young girls aged 12 to 17 years. The financial contribution will be used to renovate the bathroom and laundry room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mea.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Transit-Jeunesse_18-septembre-2023-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1816\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le Partage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Montr\u00e9al\u2019s South Shore, Le Partage promotes food security and independence.
