MEA port employees deserve great recognition for their exemplary social commitment, which often goes unnoticed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The support of Trois-Rivi\u00e8res and B\u00e9cancour longshore workers for The Kidney Foundation is a testament to genuine solidarity between employees and the incredible story of one of their own. Longshore workers are marshalling their generosity to help improve quality of life for people living with kidney failure. Furthermore, their support for organizations such as the Le petit No\u00ebl des pauvres and the Fondation du suicide shows an ongoing desire to transform society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Montr\u00e9al, checkers\u2019 initiatives benefiting local charity work are a testament to year-round commitment. This year they are rallying around the family of a Port of Montr\u00e9al trucker, among other things. Their financial support in these difficult moments embodies true humanity and priceless solidarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These actions show the significant impact of our port workers, who demonstrate generosity and true desire to create positive change in their community. We recognize their impact and we are committed to helping them continue their social involvement through our new donations and sponsorships policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
