Montréal, November 23, 2021 — The Maritime Employers Association’s Board of Directors is proud to announce the appointment of Robert Roy as President. Mr. Roy joined the MEA in November 2019 as Vice President, Information Systems, and was subsequently appointed Acting President in July of this year.
With more than 20 years of experience in management positions, Mr. Roy demonstrates great adaptability and unifying leadership that leads to tangible results. Mr. Roy is known for his strategic vision and transformational skills since he led major initiatives in the telecommunication industry and more recently in aerospace.
His knowledge of the industry and his professional background make him a top choice to continue the transformation undertaken by the MEA.
